For rockchip, there is WiFidisplay in the app list. Click WiFidisplay and search , choose the miracast dongle or tv nearby, the miracast dongle or tv box may show notice for confirm connection, click yes, wait it connected.          

For Allwinner, go to setting-display-Wireless dispay- Turn on-search for displays- choose the available devices and wait connected
